A note from Granny J:
Being a retired office nurse, aesthetician and “mad scientist”, I've created skin care lotions/pain salves/creams for the past 30+ years. The CBD products are a step-up in that direction, but I had some research, trial and error before getting them right.
Here's the backstory:
In November, 2017, I tore the meniscus in my knee and the surgeon's recommendation was 800mg Ibuprofen 3 times daily for the inflammation and pain. I was 73 years old…no way was I going to assault my liver, kidneys and bones with that regimen. I asked my grandson who was recovering from a motorcycle accident for some of what he used, which was full spectrum pain salve (with THC)..it worked great but I didn't like the effect, so Granny J's THC-free products were born. With daily use of the fully legal pain salve and oil, I AVOIDED SURGERY on my knee and felt better than ever! It's important to note that all oils are not alike! Granny's is mixed with a high content of CBD which means you will need less. We sterilize all jars and bottles even though they are new, and I utilize my knowledge of surgical procedures in the making. Don't forget your pets, especially older cats and dogs who may be experiencing joint pain from arthritis or aging. The drops are simply put into their water bowl and can aid in pain, indigestion, aggression, brain function and a new shiny coat. The salve is not just for pain; I have had reports of it helping acne, excema, psoriasis and most all skin conditions. I use it in every skin care treatment I perform, especially with chemical peels. It calms and stops the healing itch and heals you faster. I am a firm believer in CBD. In the near future, you will be able to obtain products across the counter that will be regulated and tested for purity, but for right now you have my word that Granny J's is the best and purest I can make. Granny's is an eco friendly company, and boxes mean dead trees; labels, advertising, seals...all increase the bottom line which means you're going to pay more for your CBD.
